About The Dance
Connection
The Dance Connection was founded in 2001 by Karen O’Kelley of Orlando,
Florida. Karen has studied all forms of dance for many years. She has
studied dance at the University of Central Florida, the University of
South Carolina, and in Paris, France. With over 20 years experience teaching
dance and attending numerous workshops and conventions, she is an active
member of the Florida Dance Masters with a teaching certification in ballet,
jazz, and tap. In addition to her dance education, she also has a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Spanish/French and a Master of Science degree in Business
Administration.
The Dance Connection is conveniently in Colonial Park located 3 miles east of the intersection of Alafaya Trail and East Colonial Drive near Avalon Park Boulevard.
